Edward was the son of Horace Cecil & Winifred Alice Kinshott, of Bognor Regis, Sussex. He was born in 1928 and served towards the end of the Second World War.

 

He died in Germany on 16th August 1947 and is buried at the Allied Cemetery at Niedersachsen, Hannover, Germany.

 

It appears that Edward died as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic accident, some two years after the end of the war. However, he is recorded on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website, so he is included here.
